Girl Engineer is an innovative Malawian youth-led NGO registered with Malawi Government under the Trustees Incorporation Act.We empower girls and young people with the knowledge, skills, technologies, and opportunities they need to become leaders and innovators who create sustainable solutions for their communities.
Our work integrates STEM Education and Innovation, Agriculture and Irrigation Technology, Renewable Energy and Green Technology, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), and Livelihoods and Entrepreneurship to address the interconnected challenges of poverty, gender inequality, unemployment, climate change, food insecurity, and limited access to quality education.
Working alongside communities, government institutions, schools, development partners, and the private sector, we design practical, community-driven solutions that improve lives while creating lasting social, economic, and environmental impact.
